Our Mail Subscription service has retired!
After decades of service, our Mail Subscription program has come to an end.
Launched in the 1980s, the Mail Subscription program was once the only way to subscribe to lottery games in WCLC’s region. Over the years, our mail subscribers have played an important role in WCLC’s history, and their loyalty and trust have helped connect us with players across the region. As the program comes to an end, we extend our sincere gratitude to all our subscribers; thank you for allowing us to be part of your lottery experience.

WE’VE GOT A LOT GOING ON!
Not only is our Mail Subscription service coming to an end, we are also getting ready to move to a new digital platform. The new platform includes a new Lotto Spot app and web-based experience where players can purchase lottery through single purchase, subscriptions, or advance play all in a single player journey.
While we prepare for launch, Subscription Spot will not be accepting new registrations, and sales will be unavailable.
Existing account holders may continue to log in to access and review their game details for a limited time. You will need to make note of the numbers if you wish to use them for future purchases.
If you already have an account on our Subscription Spot site, your account will automatically be available on the new platform. Once the platform launches, you will be notified by email to sign in and reset your password (for added security), add a preferred method of payment (to easily purchase your lottery tickets) and reselect your Subscription selections (to best suit your subscription needs).
Subscriptions can also be purchased online at Play Alberta (in Alberta), and PlayNow (in Manitoba).
If you had a subscription playing on Subscription Spot that plays beyond the final April 2nd draw, this will be revised on your dashboard, and a refund cheque will be mailed to you.
If you won a Free Play subscription on the final draw dates, you will be sent a cheque for the monetary value of the Free Play.
