Yellowknife local wins $100K on EXTRA!

Patrick Goulet won $100,000 on EXTRA! 

The Yellowknife local said he buys LOTTO MAX with EXTRA tickets regularly and his wife helps him check them. 

“My wife scanned the ticket on the [Lotto Spot] app and told me I’d won $100,” he chuckled. “I was very shocked—but then I looked and saw that it was $100,000 and my jaw dropped!” 

Goulet said he already has exciting plans for his windfall. 

“I’m going to pay off my truck and some bills,” he said. “Then, I’m looking at possibly buying a snowmobile and trailer!” 

“It just feels great,” he added. 

Goulet purchased his winning LOTTO MAX and EXTRA ticket from Lake Shore Co-op at 321 Old Airport Road in Yellowknife. He won his prize by matching the last six digits in the July 11 EXTRA selection: 1433805.
