John Paslawski struck gold on a $5 Scratch & Win ticket! 

The Vermilion local scratched his $5 GOLD RUSH ticket and discovered he had won $100,000! 

“I actually wasn’t sure at first what I had won because I hadn’t scratched it very well,” he chuckled. “But my wife took a look and showed me what I had actually won!” 

“It was good!” he added. 

Paslawski said he intends to spoil his family with the winnings. 

“I’m going to share some with my kids and grandkids,” he said. “And then I’ll put the rest into retirement savings!” 

Paslawski purchased his winning $5 GOLD RUSH Scratch & Win ticket from CANES Super Mart at CFB Suffield, 48 Edgewood Road in Ralston.
