Morinville local wins $100K on EXTRA!

Chris Pomerleau won $100,000 on EXTRA, and he knows exactly what he’s going to do with it! 

“I’m going to pay off the mortgage!” the Morinville local smiled at his prize claim. “It feels surreal!” 

Pomerleau typically only purchases LOTTO MAX tickets once a month, but he always adds EXTRA. This time, he’s very glad he did! 

“I scanned the ticket and just started shouting, ‘No way, no way, no way!’” he said. “Then, I took my phone to show my wife.” 

The winner said both he and his wife are still in shock over the win. 

“We just keep thinking, ‘How are we so blessed?’” he smiled. 

Pomerleau purchased his winning LOTTO MAX and EXTRA ticket at Shell located at 1-9154 100 Street in Morinville. He won his prize by matching the last six digits selected in the May 9 EXTRA draw: 2941777
