$333K LOTTO MAX win in Lacombe!

Percy Jackson won $333,333.40 on the December 2 LOTTO MAX draw! 

The Lacombe local said he checked his ticket on the Lotto Spot app and was stunned when the win came up. 

“I didn’t panic or anything, but I was shocked and surprised,” he said. “I showed it to my sister and my nephew right away!” 

Jackson said he has been playing for decades and is thrilled to have won a major prize right around the holidays.  

What he will do with the winnings is still undecided. 

“I’m going to put it in a savings account until I decide what I’m going to do with it,” he explained. “But after years of playing… it feels pretty good!” 

Jackson purchased his winning LOTTO MAX ticket from Co-op at 4625 51 Street in Rimbey. He won his prize by matching one of the MAXMILLIONS selections in the December 2 LOTTO MAX draw: 2, 5, 20, 21, 30, 37, and 42. Two other tickets also matched the same selection—one in Ontario and one in Quebec—and the prize was split between the three winning tickets.
