$250,000 EXTRA win in Roblin!

“I’m still in disbelief!”

Charlene Bowley thought she had entered an alternate reality after scanning her LOTTO MAX and EXTRA ticket. The Roblin, Manitoba local won $250,020 on the November 12 EXTRA draw.

“I thought it was a glitch with the ticket checker,” she laughed while claiming her prize. “I checked it a second time and then gave the ticket to the retailer to check it again.”

“I’m still in disbelief,” she continued. “I mean, this type of thing [has never] happened to me.”

The new winner said she has a couple of ideas for her recent windfall.

“I’m going to pay some bills and invest,” she said. “And I’d like to take a family vacation somewhere.”

Bowley purchased her winning ticket at Prairie Co-Op C-Store located at 200 Bailey Drive in Melville, Saskatchewan. She won the prize by matching all seven digits of the EXTRA number drawn on November 12, 2024 – 5105347. She won $20 in subsidiary prizes.
