The Bonnyville local said he was overwhelmed with emotion when he realized he’d won.

The winner said he plans to spend his winnings on the important people in his life.

“I don’t really have anything in mind for me,” he explained. “But I have a lot of plans for my family and some friends. That’s for sure!”
