$100K EXTRA win in Lethbridge!

Ray Delongchamp is $100,000 richer after winning big on a LOTTO MAX and EXTRA ticket! 

The Lethbridge local discovered his $100,000 EXTRA prize when his wife checked the numbers on WCLC’s website. 

“My wife was comparing the [EXTRA] numbers on our ticket and got to the last one. We matched the last six numbers… I couldn’t believe it!” he said. “The website said there were three EXTRA winners in Alberta so I joked we would have to split the prize.” 

Delongchamp took the ticket in store to check it with the cashier shortly after. 

“The clerk confirmed to us it was the full $100,000 that we’d won,” he smiled. “They even gave us a hug!” 

Now, Delongchamp is excited to get started on some upgrades in a few areas. 

“We’re thinking about house improvements,” he said. “Our house is from the 1980s!” 

“We’re also possibly getting a newer car—ours is 18 years old,” he continued. “It feels good!” 

Delongchamp purchased his winning LOTTO MAX and EXTRA ticket from Sobeys at 327 Bluefox Boulevard in Lethbridge. He won his prize by matching the last six digits in the September 30 EXTRA draw: 1272432
