$100,000 EXTRA win in Wetaskiwin!

Ken Szigli got a big does of cheer when he scanned his WESTERN 649 ticket and discovered her had won $100,000 on the March 15 EXTRA draw.

“I checked my ticket on the Lotto Spot app,” he explained. “I have been playing for years and I was very happy [to see the prize amount]!”

The Wetaskiwin local said he has one main plan for his windfall.

“I’m going to pay off a few bills,” he said. “I think I will sit on whatever is left over.”

Szigli purchased his winning WESTERN 649 and EXTRA ticket at Wetaskiwin Petro Canada located at 5020 56 Street. He won his $100,000 prize by matching the last six digits of the EXTRA number selected on the March 15 draw – 6502987.
