$100,000 EXTRA win in Spruce Grove!

“At first, I thought I was having a heart attack!”

Bernhard Puls awoke to an ordinary morning that soon turned extraordinary! The Spruce Grove local checked his LOTTO 6/49 and EXTRA ticket and won $100,000 on the October 1 draw.

“I checked the numbers in the morning,” he explained. “Well, I looked a couple times… at first, I thought I was having a heart attack!”

The winner said he hasn’t made any specific plans for his windfall but said he will pay some bills to get started.

“I just want to put it in the bank for now,” he said. “After I pay some bills!”

Puls purchased his winning ticket from the 7-Eleven located at 300 141 Century Crossing in Spruce Grove. The winning selection for the October 1 EXTRA draw was: 1541274. Puls’ ticket matched the last six digits of the EXTRA selection.
