$100,000 EXTRA prize won in Lomond!

“It’s terrific!”

Carolyn and Gregory Honess are feeling extra happy after winning $100,000 on the August 5 WESTERN MAX and EXTRA draw.

“I checked the ticket at the store,” explained Carolyn. “I went outside to get Greg – he thought I was joking!”

The couple said they’re going to take some time to decide what to do with their windfall.

“It’s terrific,” said Greg. “[Winning] really gets you thinking about what you can spend it on. But we don’t have any concrete plans.”

The Lomond winners purchased their $3 WESTERN MAX and EXTRA ticket at the 7-Eleven located at 491 Mayor Macgrath Drive South in Lethbridge. They won their $100,000 prize by matching the last six digits of the EXTRA number drawn on August 5 – 2297107.
