Pelican Narrows local wins $104K on LOTTO 6/49!

Terry Custer won $104,896.40 and a Free Play on the March 5 LOTTO 6/49 draw!

The Pelican Narrows local said he’s not a regular player and typically purchases when he sees a high jackpot. It took him a while to check this ticket, but the surprise was well worth it!

“I scanned it at the store, and I was so happy!” he said. ‘Everyone was standing there watching and they were all happy and said, ‘Good for you—you won!’”

“I called my work supervisor first and he was happy for me too!” he continued.

Custer already has his eyes on the prize and plans to buy himself some new toys.

“I wanna buy myself a Skidoo and maybe a boat!” he smiled. “I might also buy some lumber and fix up my cabin.”

“It feels so good,” he said. “I never thought I would win, and it was worth a try!”

Custer purchased his winning LOTTO 6/49 ticket from Petro Canada at 3451 2 Ave. W in Prince Albert. He won his prize by correctly matching five out of six numbers selected in the March 5 draw, plus the bonus number: 9, 11, 26, 36, 37, 42, and Bonus 24.
