Manor local wins $100K on EXTRA!

Terrance Bota was sitting at his kitchen table catching up on emails when he took a break to check a WESTERN 649
and EXTRA ticket on the Lotto Spot app and saw that he had won!

“At first, I thought the app said I won $10,” he laughed. “Then I looked again and thought it was $100 or
$1000... before I realized it said $100,000!”

Sure enough, the Manor local took home $100,000 on the December 13 EXTRA draw. “I was numb—I’m still numb!” he chuckled. “I called my boss for the day off and no one believed me!”

Bota has big plans already in mind for his winnings. “I renovated a while ago, so I’m going to pay off some of those bills and maybe take a camping trip,” he said.

“I think I’ll take my partner for supper somewhere as well!” he smiled.

Bota purchased his winning WESTERN 649 and EXTRA ticket from Co-op on Highway 13 in Arcola. He won his prize by matching the last six digits in the December 13 EXTRA draw: 6849211.
