Our Winnipeg office has moved!

WCLC’s Winnipeg Head Office—including our Prize Office—has officially moved to its new home. After much planning and preparation, we’re ready to welcome you to our new flagship space starting Monday, December 9, 2024.

Prize Claims

For lottery prize claims over $1,000, here’s what you need to know:

• Our Winnipeg prize office hours remain 8:30 am to 4:30 pm CT, Monday through Friday.
  
• If you’re visiting to claim a prize over $1,000, please call 204-946-1930 to book an appointment. If you’re calling after hours, leave a message, and we’ll get back to you.
  
• If you have any questions about the claim process before you visit, visit our Claiming a Prize page for specific claim information and direction specific to particular prize values. Contact Player Care. We’re here to help. Player Care is also your resource for any other questions about your lottery tickets or any other lottery-related questions.

If you’re a supplier or visitor to the office, please get in touch with your usual WCLC contact or call Reception at 204-942-8217 (menu option 5) to ensure someone is in the office or available to meet with you.
