Alberta woman wins $100K with LOTTO 6/49 subscription!

Susan Grimm received a phone call worth $100,000 that she said she just couldn’t believe was real!

The Carstairs local is a Subscription Spot player, which means she leaves the hard work of checking tickets each draw to the Western Canada Lottery Corporation.

Grimm said she first received an email from WCLC letting her know she had won $100,000 on the February 7 EXTRA draw.

“I was in total shock,” she said. “I didn’t want to tell anyone until I got the phone call saying it was real!”

Sure enough, Grimm got her phone call and started dreaming about how she would spend her winnings.

“I’m planning to put the money towards building a new garage and upgrading my kids’ vehicles,” the winner beamed.

Grimm purchased her LOTTO 6/49 and EXTRA ticket through Subscription Spot. She won her prize by matching the last six digits of the EXTRA number drawn on February 7 – 4 8 2 3 6 6 8.
