Alberta woman stunned by $100K EXTRA win!

Paula Huckerby is one of several Albertans who have recently seen “winner” flash across their mobile screen while checking LOTTO 6/49 tickets. The Leduc local won a cool $100,000 on the December 27 EXTRA draw.

Huckerby says she buys her tickets every Saturday as part of her regular routine and was not expecting to see her Lotto Spot app light up with the win.

“The first people I told were my parents,” she said while claiming her prize. “We were all stunned!”

The winner is still tossing ideas around about how to spend the new windfall.

“This will definitely help with savings for retirement!” she said. “It just feels awesome. It’s amazing, really.”

Huckerby purchased her LOTTO 6/49 and EXTRA ticket for $10 from High End Husky located at 102 Southfork Drive in Leduc. She won her prize by matching the last six digits of the EXTRA draw on December 27—1741439.
