Falcon Lake local wins $100K on EXTRA!

Rita Possia won $100,000 on EXTRA on the December 21 draw! 

The Falcon Lake winner said she scanned the ticket on her mobile Lotto Spot app and gasped. 

“I was in disbelief,” she said. “I had to scan it several more times!” 

Possia purchases her WESTERN 649 tickets every week and said she always adds EXTRA. 

“I don’t have plans as of yet,” she said of spending the windfall. “I just can’t believe it. I’m waiting for it to feel real!” 

Possia purchased her winning WESTERN 649 and EXTRA ticket from Circle K at 1165 Kildare Avenue E in Winnipeg. She won her prize by matching the last six digits of the EXTRA draw for December 21: 5927120.
