East St. Paul local wins $250K on EXTRA!

Anna Luschinski is $250,000 richer after winning on the December 17 LOTTO MAX and EXTRA draw! 

The East St. Paul winner bought the ticket on a whim while stopping for gas in Winnipeg. 

“I didn’t believe it at first,” she admitted. “I scanned the ticket with my [Lotto Spot] app and was shocked!” 

Luschinski told her family right away and celebrated the win with them. 

“I’m going to use this to invest in my kids’ future,” she said. “That’s my main priority right now.” 

“It just feels surreal,” she continued. 

Luschinski purchased her winning LOTTO MAX and EXTRA ticket from Red River Co-op at 1947 Henderson HWY in Winnipeg. She won her prize by matching all seven digits selected in the December 17 EXTRA draw: 2483240.
