I started scratching the third area and saw another 2 and thought it would be $2. I scratched the whole thing and saw another $25,000!”

“I couldn’t believe it! I told my friend, ‘I think I just won $25,000!’ He said, ‘Oh, sure,’ like he didn’t believe me!” Joseph laughed.
