“The only SCRATCH ’N WIN ticket I ever buy is THE WESTERN,” said the Caslan, Alberta resident. “I was just walking out of the store, while scratching my ticket, and I saw two $25,000 symbols. I started scratching the third area and saw another 2 and thought it would be $2. I scratched the whole thing and saw another $25,000!”
“I couldn’t believe it! I told my friend, ‘I think I just won $25,000!’ He said, ‘Oh, sure,’ like he didn’t believe me!” Joseph laughed.

Rod Lewandoski’s lucky day began with finding his lost keys and ended with winning $100,000 on EXTRA!
“We live on a farm and I decided to take a walk,” remembered Rod, a farmer from Erickson, Manitoba. “I lost my keys while walking, and keep in mind that we have 100 acres of alfalfa. I thought the odds were against me finding them, but sure enough, I did. So I decided to buy a lottery ticket.” Rod purchased two LOTTO 6/49 tickets with EXTRA ‘ENTERED’ for the October 10th draw.
After the draw, Rod returned to the pharmacy to check his tickets.
