Paying by Credit Card
It has recently come to our attention that some credit card issuers are charging service fees and additional interest on lottery purchases. While WCLC considers the sale of Lottery Subscriptions to be merchandise purchases, there are a number of credit card issuers who may consider Lottery Subscription purchases to be cash advances and may charge service fees and/or interest from the date you purchase your subscription. Any such charges that may appear on your credit card bill are not imposed by WCLC. WCLC disagrees with these fee policies and has requested that they be changed; however, these policies are entirely under the control of your credit card issuer.
