How to play by Selection Slip
- Choose LOTTO MAX as your game.
- Select eight numbers from a field of 1 to 49 in the first board on the Selection Slip. The Ticket Terminal will add two 8-Number Quick Pick Combinations to your ticket. For each combination, the computer will record your eight numbers in all possible combinations of seven numbers, giving you eight different Selections on each line (example).
- To add one EXTRA, mark "Yes" under Board 1.* EXTRA costs an additional $1.
- Mark the 8-Number Combination box.
- Mark the number of draws you wish to play, from 1 to 25. Learn about Advance Play here.

How to play by Quick Pick
- Ask for a LOTTO MAX 8-Number Combination Quick Pick and the Ticket Terminal will choose your Selection. The Ticket Terminal will add two 8-Number Quick Pick Combinations to your ticket. For each combination, the computer will record your eight numbers in all possible combinations of seven numbers, giving you eight different Selections on each line (example).
- Say "Yes" to EXTRA to "ENTER" one EXTRA number to your ticket.* EXTRA costs an additional $1.
